Having completed my apprenticeship we took over the shop from Patrick Strainge when he retired in 2012. I was the Young Sausage Maker regional winner in 2012. I enjoy motor cross and new Labrador puppy Milo takes most of my spare time.

Our gentle giant John has been in the butchery trade for most of his working life. He has many skills and great retail experience. My job description is shop assistant but I do a bit of everything, deliveries, cooking and paperwork. I enjoy a good gossip with the customers, many I have grown up with and we always say the entertainment is free.
